Make pinned page the active page when launching

When I pin a web page to my Win10 Phone Start screen, it won't get displayed unless it's a brand new Surfy session or I find it in the tabs. In other words, unless I hunt around for the tab it loaded in, any page that was already open (in a previous use of Surfy) remains in the main window unless I exit Surfy and tap the Start-pinned page again. This creates steps that defeat the purpose on pinning pages to Start.
